These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website marketprint.de.

1. Contract Formation

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of our order confirmation by email.

Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping within Germany: 1–3 business days. International may take longer.

As products are custom-made, the right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB does not apply. Defects are handled on a goodwill basis.
